The Inaugural Patent Hacks® Entrepreneurial Scholarships

The inaugural year of the Patent Hacks® Entrepreneurial Scholarship is complete and it was a massive success! So many fantastic entrepreneurial stories were told, and we can’t thank our applicants enough for sharing their stories with us. Some stories were emotional, and others were goal-oriented. Some applicants were in very early stages and others were already executing their entrepreneurial plans. Some applicants were first-time entrepreneurs, for others, it runs in the family. All in all, our applicants share an enthusiastic entrepreneurial spirit and we are certain that they are destined for great things!

Students from 18 different universities applied for the first-ever Patent Hacks® Entrepreneurial Scholarships. We are very excited about the turnout in our first year, and we are proud to be working with many incredible universities to offer our scholarship opportunities to their students. We can’t wait to build upon this success next year and bring our scholarship opportunities to even more colleges/universities. Students from the following schools applied for our scholarship in 2021:

  • University of Colorado (Denver)
  • University of Maryland (College Park)
  • University of Kentucky
  • Indiana University (Bloomington)
  • University of Georgia
  • Misericordia University
  • Western Governor’s University
  • California State University (East Bay)
  • Ohio State University
  • Governors State University
  • T. Still University
  • Colorado State University (Global Campus)
  • Rowan University
  • Kennesaw State University
  • University of Houston
  • Wilkes University
  • Barry University
  • Purdue University

We would like to thank all of our scholarship partners who shared our scholarship opportunities with their students, and all of the great scholarship platforms (https://www.fastweb.com/, https://collegeboard.org/, https://www.scholarships.com/, etc.) that work to make sure that there are opportunities for every student to afford college. As we’ve learned through this process every little bit helps the students and, in many cases, it can be life-changing for them. We believe that it is important to support our youth and we are more than happy to contribute to their education. Especially when they are cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit that will contribute a positive impact on the world.

Deciding on the five individuals who would be awarded the first-ever Patent Hacks® Entrepreneurial Scholarships was not an easy decision. We thoroughly enjoyed every applicant’s story, and they are all truly deserving of recognition. However, there were five stories that stood out to us and we want to bring those stories to you. So, we are interviewing each of our five scholarship recipients to learn more about where their entrepreneurial spirit comes from and to share their stories and goals with the world. We are confident that each of these individuals is going to have a major impact on their communities, and we are proud of them for the work they are putting in to make their dreams a reality. We are sure that you will love these stories as much as we have, and we can’t wait to bring them to you.
